I love grilling out year round and this is a great recipe that uses fresh fruit and vegetables to compliment savory brats.
1 1/2 cups of apple juice
3 cups of shredded savoy cabbage
1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
3 tbs sliced green onion
1/3 cup buttermilk
2 tbsp mayonnaise (homemade)
1 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tbsp snipped fresh dill
1 small clove garlic, minced
pepper to taste
Mix and cover until ready to top off the Brats.
